American Legion World Series

My involvement with the ALWS began in 2009 with the agency working to secure our city as the permanent home to the yearly six day event. In 2010, two bus loads of volunteers rode 15 hours to present the national committee in Indianapolis our proposal. We learned on the drive back to North Carolina that Shelby had been named the permanent home to the American Legion World Series. In 2011, I was able to finalize the logo development for the first event. In the years since I have been involved in various ways with the games from contract graphic design needs to on-staff creative. The first gallery below contains miscellaneous items from the multiple years of the series, from tickets and banners to promo pieces. The second gallery contains the pages from the Buzz magazine for 2026, which goes out to nationally to American Legion members as well as locally.
